We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Noorlumina.

• You can return or request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product
• Return accepted only if the product is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered
• Product must be unused, in original packing with all tags and accessories
• Proof of issue (photo/video) is required
• Once approved, we offer free return pickup, replacement, or full refund
• Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item

Note: We do not accept returns for opened beauty products due to hygiene reasons (except if damaged or wrong item).

All returns are handled through our partner Markaz Dropship.
